We’re proud of the quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will assist you with a prompt refund, or exchange for another product be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you received it. All exchange or refund requests must be initiated via the Order Tracking & Returns section of the website. Please keep your order details handy, as you may need them to identify your order details should you require a return.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in any original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. You are responsible for all postage costs incurred in returning or exchanging items purchased. All returns remain the customers responsibility until you receive an acknowledgement that we have received it into our warehouse and will not be liable for any returns lost or damaged before reaching our warehouse.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase minus any shipping fees, which are non-refundable, within 7 days of receiving the returned items. We are only able to accept returns/exchanges on products purchased directly from If you request an exchange for an item which is unavailable, we are happy to offer a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refund/exchange requests on any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
